You can cancel your order for a product at no cost within 24 business hours of placing the order, except for fast-shipping products, Express delivery, Ships in 24 hours and 24 hours shipping.

However, you can get your product exchanged at 100% of its value post 24 business hours of order placement or before the order gets dispatched.

Upon cancelling orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded to the Esthara Wallet.

Moreover, we would not be able to accept the cancellation of customized jewellery and gift cards under any circumstances.

The cancellation of orders that are paid via online vouchers or gift cards will not be refunded to your bank account. It will be credited to the Esthara Wallet only and can be used for future purchases.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled or refused are (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. In case, any freebies were received during the original purchase, the exchange/refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the freebies as applicable (unless freebies are returned).

Part payments received against customized jewellery are not refunded.
